The Bon Secours Maryview Center for Physical Rehabilitation is accredited by The Commission on Accredidation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) as an:
- Adult Inpatient Rehabiliation Program
- Adult Stroke Specialty Program
These accreditations mean that the programs and services offered by the Maryview Center for Physical Rehabilitation have met state-of-the-art national standards of performance.
what does this accreditation mean for our patients?
The three-year endorsement represents the highest level of accreditation that CARF can award an organization. An agency receiving a three-year accreditation outcome has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during a two-day on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality.
CARF accreditation ensures that a center conforms to national and international service standards. These standards have been developed with input from consumers, rehabilitation professionals, state and national organizations and funding organizations
We are also accredited by The Joint Commission of Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).
